First topic message reminder :

This is a large outcropping of rocks from where a wolf on the right day can see most of the ShadowClan land. Named after one of the more important ShadowClan leaders, the outcropping vaguely appears similar to a wolf lying down, with its 'head' as the look out point most agree trying to stand on the fragile 'muzzle' of the stony outcropping is too dangerous.

The young fay glanced around curiously as the three arrived at Shade's Outlook. Large rocks were scattered through the area and a few were bunched together to form what appeared to be a lying wolf. While she had never been explained why the place was called 'Shade's Outlook,' a part of her wonder if the place was named after a wolf called Shade. It would make sense considering how wolf-like the stones appeared to be.
Perking her ears, Silverpaw listened as her mentor gave instructions on the three of them meeting back at the outlook after they had hunted a while. Once Blackwidow had trotted off, Thrushheart turned to her and began to explain the process of hunting, giving details on how best to sneak up on prey. The instructions seemed simple enough, and when asked if she was ready, the fay nodded in response. "Ok," she replied simply, turning her head to see if she could scent out the voles. Although not as skilled as scenting out prey like her mentor, it didn't take long for Silverpaw to sniff out the small fuzzy creatures. "Wouldn't voles be too small for us? Their barely a mouthful!" She thought, keeping her opinions to herself. It didn't really matter to her what Thrushheart thought was good prey or not. As long as she tried her best to catch whatever he told her to, she knew that he would be pleased. And him being pleased meant that hopefully she could be promoted to warrior ranking faster.
Keeping in mind with what the male had told her, the apprentice approached an area to where she thought a vole might be, noticing the scent get stronger. Perking her ears, she thought she could detect the sound of small feet pitter-pattering around above the dead leaves that covered the earth. Trying her best to keep low and quiet, the fay successfully avoided stepping on any twigs or brambles that would have gotten in her way. Unfortunately as she moved closer, she accidently brushed a nearby bush with her tail, alerting her prey to her presence. Realizing her mistake, Silverpaw hastily rushed forward as the vole started to scamper away, trying to catch the creature before it fled.

Padding up quietly, Direheart took in the scents around the outlook. It seemed like Blackwidow was here, and so was Thrushheart and Silverpaw. Not minding those particular clan members, though he wasn't exactly going to call them friends. Keeping his distance so he didn't disturb whatever prey they were trying to catch, he made his way up onto the rocky outreach that this place was named for, sniffing around. He couldn't find any trace of strange scents, so he moved off again, satisfied that there had been no intruders in this part of their territory.
