PostSubject: ShadowClan Camp   Mon Jul 24, 2017 12:55 am

First topic message reminder :

The ShadowClan camp is situated in a grove of mangroves where the water has long since dried up, since before the Clans arrived. To make dens, the members have woven leaves and twigs through the top of the exposed roots. The camp gets fairly muddy in leafbare but is pleasantly cool and sheltered from the hot greenleaf sun. The leader's den is directly underneath one of the biggest mangroves, and when addressing the Clan the leader leaps up onto the 'roof' of their den.

Silverpaw had been laying lazily in the apprentice den, vaguely hopping that something interesting would happen. Ever since the newly named Dragonstar had killed Nightstar, most things in the camp had gone back to normal. The apprentice still preferred Shadowclan's new leader however, as Nightstar had always been a pain in the tail, not to mention his constant sucking up to Jester for whatever reason.
When Sleetpup's scream sounded through the camp, Silverpaw perked her head up in surprise, her ears completely alert. She quickly appeared at the entrance of the apprentice den, her green eyes widening as they fell upon the strange white fay who had attacked the large pup. "Who is she? And how in the world did she get in here?" Her attention was caught even more when the female quickly knocked the little brute onto his back, and she opened her mouth wide as she readied herself to end his life. But she waited a moment, and a cruel expression appeared over her features. "She wants to savor this moment," Silverpaw realized, frozen as she watched. The apprentice felt nothing for Sleetpup, yet she did feel an amount of fear for her own well-being, as this wolf could be a deadly threat not just to Sleetpup but for any other Shadowclan wolf in the future. But there was something else Silver felt. Something that could be described as...curiosity perhaps? Some type of morbid fascination that begged for the she-wolf to continue her merciless plan and disembowel the poor pup. Yet before it could be achieved, a warrior who Silver recognized as Bramblerose charged forward and scooped the pup up before he could be killed. Silverpaw continued to gaze onward as another wolf entered and Blackwidow went after them, completely engrossed in the situation before her.

Sleetpup yelped in fear as jaws grasped him by his ruff before he relaxed a bit as it was merely Blackwidow coming to his rescue. He was gently set down in the Medicine den but before he could get comfortable yet another mysterious wolf picked him up and tossed him. This time he tried to land on his all four paws instead of landing on his back and when he did that he yelped shortly in pain as his paw twisted badly to the left. He tried to stand but couldn't and was soon pinned by the mysterious wolf's big paw. He spotted Ivyshade run over and grab him by his scruff and he whimpered. His paw smelled of blood this time and he couldn't feel his toes. He whimpered and was shaking in fear before passing out cold in Ivyshade's jaws. He wouldn't wake up for hours.

Val silently nodded in agreement with her mentor's words, about to comment before an unfamiliar being appeared and began to attack one of the pups. A startled yelp left her muzzle, and she froze upon seeing another wolf appear. "Que se passe-t-il?" she cried, swinging her elegant head around in confusion. However, she quickly regained composure, straightening up and bolting towards the herb-scented wolf's side, defensively blocking the pup from the strangers. Sure, she didn't know any of the ShadowClan wolves too well, but she had a soft spot for pups. She acted as a nanny in her old pack when necessary. Besides, she needed the experience with them if she was to be used for the purpose of bearing them. Once the pups didn't need milk from their mother, she'd take over caring for them until they were old enough to learn how to fight. The few queens simply went back to their duties. Thus, Val became quite attached to the young things, as they were so innocent and naive. She couldn't believe anyone would try to hurt one! "Help him, I'll block the entrance to your den," she woofed to the dark furred she-wolf. She tried rather hard not to tremble, as she knew she stood no chance against the mysterious strangers. But she would try. Her eyes flew to her mentor, as if silently pleading for him to help, to explain what was happening.

In the middle of her game, a black and red female and a red and white female had shown up, and taken away her meal. About to go after it again a savage snarl ripped from her when she saw the dark forest spy take a swing at her prey, one did not impose upon prey that was hers. Their announcement of why they were picking on the white pup had barely anything to do with why she wanted to eat it, ignoring the foolish black and red female that weakly whined that the tender morsel could grow up strong. The rest of the pack wolves ceased to exist for her, jumping forward and colliding with Spy her teeth tore through the shadowy mist that made up their shoulder "Back off Spy! This is my prey not yours to try and steal from me worthless scum of a brute" higher in rank than the spy her dangerous glowing eyes were filled with disgust and anger, now that he'd gotten his filth all over the white snack was it really worth staying here? Likely it'd taste disgusting now, just as the brutes rank taste on her tongue made her want to spit until she could taste it no more. Flicking her ears she looked at the two females who'd stood up to her "You are both strong females, Credit to you both. However weak males have no place in this world, they do not have the right to reproduce and should be eaten to further our own strength. They are pathetic, treating females like they are less, yet who is it that carries and rears the pups? Females." turning her head back to spot the morsel an idea flickered into her head, she wouldn't eat him now he'd been mauled by Spy, but there were all kinds of things she could do to him to get her message across. Stalking after him and easily pushing the black skinny female out of the way, the vampire grabbed Sleetpup by his tail and carried him off, she'd play with him and leave him for them to find clinging to life. There was a good reason why wolves didn't anger Vampire, and this pup was about to find out why...

When she saw that Ivyshade had come up and dragged Sleetpup awat she gave the medicine wolf a grateful nod. But she could see that Sleetpup was hurt by his cry out and the smell of blood was in the air. When the new apprentice Val she thinks her name was, went to stand in front of the medicine den. She knew at least the female was brave for putting herself in harms way with probably no fighting skills. Blackwidow turned her full attention on the shadowy wolf in front of her. But the white she wolf then attack the wolf in front of her. Calling him spy, and saying that he stole her prey. Blackwidow growled at that comment. Sleetpup wasnt prey to any wolf. But as Blackwidow watched the attack she noticed that the female knew where to attack the now identified male. She wondered if they were able to hurt him too. The white she wolf seemed to have a strong hatred of males and though Blackwidow was sure it was any males it seemed that she hated weak males the worst. The she wolf easily knocked Val out of the way to grab Sleetpup and then left the clamp with him. Blackwidow would have went after herself right then and there but there was still a stranger in their camp. So she gave that job to Bramblerose. Hoping that she would go after the she wolf and take another warrior with her. She looked to the newly made apprentice. "Val are you okay?" She asked but her attention was still on the shadowy male before her.

Sleetpup was passed out cold still but would undeniably wake up to searing pain with whatever torture the mysterious white female would have for him. He hung limp in her maw and his body swung with each step she took. The tiny cream-tinted male would be scarred for life after this experience and he would never be the same again. He had no choice but to tag along with the fae as his body wasn't moving other than his slow breathing.

Ivyshade had pulled the now fainted Sleetpup into her den. Sudden movement at the corner of her eye made her bristle, but she relaxed when she realized that it was only one of her newer clanmates, a dark coated she-wolf named Val. The other fay barked that she would guard the entrance of the Medicine Den, and Ivy nodded her head to her, grateful for the support. Turning back to Sleetpup, the Medicine Wolf quickly examined his paw, noticing how twisted it was from the struggle. She frowned but did not remark anything about it, hastily calling out to her apprentice. "Tremblepaw! Bring me a few Rue plants- the ones with the small yellow flowers," she ordered, nosing the poor creature's paw and observing the blood as the limb began to swell. "Some Ginger too. That's the herb with-" The sound of a  struggle at the entrance of the den cut Ivyshade off. The Dark Forest wolf who had first attacked Sleetpup burst in and quickly dispatched of the smaller fay who had attempted to guard them. The Medicine Wolf growled and bared her fangs, but could do little as the shadowy she-wolf made another endeavor to grab the young male. Ivyshade went to stand over the pup protectively, but the much larger Dark Forest wolf snatched him up so easily it was almost pathetic. The Shadowclan healer had only a minimum amount of fight training and was no good at stopping the other wolf as she scooped up her prey and carried him off. "No, Sleetpup!" She exclaimed as the pup was taken away, her fur bristling with both rage and unease. Ivy made an attempt to chase after, but the shadowy wolf had left just as quickly as she had came in, leaving the slower she-wolf in the dust.

Val's eyes narrowed as she noticed the stranger approach, presumably going after the poor pup. Her dark fur bristled and she lowered her head, curling back her fangs. She was about to attack the female before she was pushed too the side, losing her balance with a yelp. Alas, Val was petite and much smaller than the she-wolf. She rolled back onto her paws swiftly, however, and swung her head towards where the enemy she-wolf was headed off to. The fay's eyes widened whilst a distressed whine left her muzzle. At one of her clanmate's inquisition, Val nodded and murmured back, "I'm okay, don't worry about me. But we need to get back that pup! I... I fear what she might do to him." Shaking off her now dirtied pelt, she trotted towards the entrance to the camp, fur fluffed in panic. "Where's the alpha and beta? We have to find them," she whined, pacing slightly. She shared a love to pups akin to a queen, and couldn't stand seeing them in pain. The young female just worried about whether or not they'd make it in time. The stranger said horrible things that could hint at her plans. She said something about... eating males. The thought caused Val to shudder. Sure, she knew some males were scum- she knew there were some cruel and lustful canines out there, and experienced their sadism- but she had no hatred towards them until they proved to be worthy of her hate. But there were equally as terrible females; it seemed like this stranger was the worst of the worst.

Striding into camp mere minutes after the strange wolf had carried Sleetpup off, Dragonstar was quick to pick up upon the panic of the wolves milling about in the camp. Both Bramblerose and Blackwidow seemed wound up as did Ivyshade, getting the feeling that it had something to do with the strange wolf that he and Minkfur had encountered whilst at the Silver Forest he moved forward over to the medicine wolf and asked "What is going on?" He could smell the brief scent of blood within camp and was anxious to find out what was going on, spotting the misty black wolf out of the corner of his eye a vicious rumbling snarl erupted from the usually rather calm level headed wolf. Green-Yellow eyes flickered with intimidation as he turned about, muscles rippling and his fur bristling, his hackles rose making the big male seen even larger while sharp white fangs were presented. "Get out. Now" he warned, he had no qualms about attacking this misty vague thing that was in his camp, whether he would be able to fight it or not at the very least perhaps he could draw it out of camp. Advancing forwards towards the dark forest creature, the ex fighting ring wolfs deadly intent was clearly visible in his eyes, he wasn't afraid and he was more than ready to attack and kill the creature not caring if he was able to or not. As the white wolf had appeared in camp, Tremblepaw had crouched down hoping to stay out of the way anxiety starting to flutter in her chest, the anxiety wasn't helped as another wolf appeared and they both began playing with Sleetpup. She wished she was brave like Bramblerose or Blackwidow, as it pained her to see a clanmate tossed about like they were some kind of toy for the distant strange creatures. Tucking her tail and staying out of the way she hid as best as she could in the medicine den feeling safe in there, watching as a stranger brought Sleetpup into the den she straightened up instantly as Ivyshade spoke to her asking her to get her things. "Rue plants! Okay Ivyshade" For once she didn't stutter, she whipped about and ducked into the store, carefully going through the herbs and focusing on the various ones she soon found the ones that had been described. Picking up the plant that had small yellow flowers in her mouth, the little thing turned and scurried back out depositing it at Ivyshades feet and looking over at Sleetpup anxiously. About to ask if he'd be okay she was asked to find ginger, however her brief confidence faded as the terrifying big white she wolf with terrifying eyes and a red dot on her forehead picked up Sleetpup and vanished out of camp "Sleetpup no!" she yapped despite herself, her features creasing with worry. Watching as Dragonstar returned to camp, the apprentice stepped back into the den and looked beseechingly up at Ivyshade, someone had to go rescue sleetpup, she didn't really know him very well but he was a member of the clan and that meant he wasn't supposed to get hurt by the strangers. Jerking back in surprise as Dragonstar let out a loud vicious snarl, she took refuge behind Ivyshade not wanting to bear the brunt of his range, however it seemed thankfully he was more interested in the creature that yet remained after the white she wolf had stolen sleetpup.

Listening to the Red and Black female he found his previous lack of respect for her change as she sincerely apologized, she was rather formal about it yes, however she seemed to mean it. She finished on a lower note, mentioning that as of right now she wasn't even really a full member of the clan anymore, about to say something in response she'd already gotten up and left to wander over to a red female who seemed rather depressed. Keeping his trap shut he bristled as a large white wolf sauntered into camp and proceeded to throw a pup around before another shadowy wolf turned up also. All around him the camp turned to terror and chaos as wolves bolted all over, the single dog narrowed his brown gaze rather curious as the first intruder growled at the second before knocking past his apprentice, stealing the pup and taking off. "You cowards! Get back here you empty headed food trough wiper! I blow my nose in your direction! Your mother was a hamster and your father smelled of Elderberries you yellow bellied cowards!" he yapped furiously bounding forwards towards the misty wolf once he'd figured out he was male. Excellent he'd remove the creatures stones and feed them to him! He paid little attention to the fact that Dragonstar was also telling the creature to leave, yapping furiously the small white dog leapt forward not hesitating and ducked between the creatures legs aiming to grasp the males stones and tear them from him.

Minkfur could smell the scent of blood and fear before she reached the camp. Ears perking in alarm, the fay hurried in, immediately noticing the stranger Dragonstar was confronting. Her fur bristled as she looked around the camp. Leaving her leader to deal with the stranger, the deputy immediately sought out Ivyshade. Approaching the dark she-wolf, Minkfur lifted her head and quickly barked, "Ivyshade! What happened while we were gone? Who was injured?" The scent of blood worried the she-wolf, but there wasn't any freshly hurt wolves in the medicine den. Not to mention, several of the other wolves were quite alarmed; the new black-furred fay had been pacing around the entrance when Minkfur arrived. Did one of the attackers leave? It notably concerned Minkfur. What would she have to do...? She was the second in command now. One of the decision makers, one of the order givers. Part of her wanted to assist Dragonstar in confronting the odd stranger, yet she knew she needed an explanation in case anything else had to be done. Then she'd carry out whatever she figured fit.

He’d sat back and watched the clans going ons, he didn’t particularly care that Dragonstar wandered off with Minkfur although he made a mental note to keep an eye on that. It’d be fun to make fun of his mentor if she ended up falling for the brutish leader, yawning he ignored the summons to go on patrol .He did what he wanted and none of the wolves in this clan had any hold over him now his mother had left thanks to Blackwidow and Nightstars efforts. Amusement had lit up his features as a white female stalked up and grabbed a hold of the weak pathetic Sleetpup, the amusement soon turned into a wide smile, and a snicker escaped him. Yes kill the pathetic scrap of fur, rising up onto his paws he was on the brink of joining in when another shadowy wolf showed up, the white female rebuffed him however and soon left with sleetpup in his jaws. Swiping his tongue over his muzzle he considered his options, he was reluctant to get kicked out of the clan just yet as he wouldn't be able to survive on his own, so he instead turned and wandered into the apprentice den curling up and appearing to go to sleep.

Coldly watching the wolves as they played with Sleetpup the ethiopian wolf remained poised and ready to fight, however the strangely familiar white wolf grabbed the pup and fled. Blackwidow headed over to the medicine den leaving herself to hunt down the wolf who'd stolen sleepup"Direheart, Minkfur, we need to go get Sleetpup back" her voice rallied the pair, encouraging them to come with her despite Minkfur having only just returned to camp Bramblerose trusted her closest friend. Her hurt and broken feelings over Jaydust were shelved for now, as she welcomed the distraction which was finding Sleetpup and bringing him home. Padding over towards the entrance of the camp she waited briefly for Minkfur and Direheart, her once brown eyes now white where ghostly and unnerving. Once they'd caught up, the red wolf turned about and took a deep breath, why was there something so familiar about the white wolf with the single drop of red on its forehead? Shaking her head, Bramblerose strode forward soon picking up the pace into a run her nose low to try to catch any scent, she soon found that the white wolf had not left behind any scent but sleetpup had, so she followed the pups scent towards the fire swamp. She hated the swamp, so many things had happened there, to do with herself, her father and Blackwidow, but if that was where the pup was then that was where she'd go.

Minkfur's ears flicked at the voice of Bramblerose. She turned her head towards her friend, slightly confused at the she-wolf's words. However, she quickly made sense of it. Sleetpup must have gone somewhere, either on his own, or he was taken. He seemed rather obedient, so she figured it was the latter, as much as she didn't want it to be. Quickly, she left the den and cast her gaze to the stranger within the camp. Did a companion of his take the pup while he caused a distraction? Shaking her head, Minkfur let out a distressed whine. She hoped that, whatever happened, he'd be okay. Unfortunately, she had no clue just how unlucky the pup was, to be taken by one of the most savage, cruel wolves known to the clans. The young deputy hurried after Bramblerose, glancing around the camp in confusion. How could so much happen while she was gone? Had the attackers been waiting for the leadership to leave before coming? ... What if that mysterious stranger was serving as a distraction? Many, many questions swirled through Minkfur's head, making it ache. It distressed the fay to no end; especially if Sleetpup was being kidnapped by some stranger. 'StarClan above, may he be okay,' she prayed as she rushed after Bramblerose, following the scent of the young pup.

At the arrival of Dragonstar and Minkfur, Blackwidow felt a little better. When she saw Bramblerose leave with a few warriors she hoped to starclan that they got there in time to save the pup. She flanked Dragonstar as he confronted the shadowy wolf. Wanting to show her support, and being in the clan or not she was going to protect her self proclaimed family. She decided to let Dragonstar know what happened while he was away. "There was a white she wolf here and somehow got into the camp and then went for Sleetpup. Bramblerose mangaged to get him back and i took Sleetpup to the medicine den. This wolf right here name is spy as the she wolf called him. He went and took Sleetpup and attacked him. I then got Sleetpup back and Ivyshade took him with Val standing guard. The white she wolf then attacked spy here, something about stealing her prey. She got through Val and took Sleetpup. Sorry Dragonstar but i dont even know how they got into camp in the first place without me or somebody else seeing them." She explained to the leader. She was angry with herself with letting this happen.

Spy watched in amusement at the clanwolves attempt to jeep the pathetic pup safe but he was quick to lose any solidity as Vampire came at him angrily. Her fangs still hurt as the snapped through his whispy form due to her being a dark forest wolf and the male lowered his head to the higher ranked female. "Apologises Vampire." He said before she took off with the pup. He lifted off the ground shifting into a swirling shadow as the white dog came at him and Spy drifted around the camp leisurely. "As fun as this has been I think I hear someone calling my name. Must shoot." He told them after lapping the camp a few times before disappearing out the camp entrance.

A single ear flicked back as Blackwidow flanked him and quickly explained what had gone on, it only made him growl again at the one named 'Spy' however it seemed the shadowy one was a coward when faced against a real fighting wolf and soon fled. Snorting and straightening up his hackles lowering and his usual self returning, Dragonstar turned about and studied Blackwidow intently before saying in his deep voice "Well done Blackwidow, You are now a full warrior of Shadowclan once more, your bravery in the face of such an unknown adversary is noted and remembered" Looking out of the camp in the direction that Bramblerose had taken off with Minkfur following and Direheart bringing up the rear, the large steel grey male sighed to himself a brief moment. Remembering that he needed to speak with Ivyshade he nodded to Blackwidow, before he padded over to the medicine den his yellow green gaze focused on her, making sure to not block all of the setting suns rays into the den he spoke "Ivyshade I would speak with you regarding what Minkfur and I found while out" he noted the lack of tremblepaw until he spotted her hiding behind Ivyshade, feeling some amusement he welcomed the emotion that was different from the mindset he'd taken when his clan had been threatened by the one shadow known as spy.

Blackwidow was so glad that this "Spy" wolf was gone. She wondered if it was just shadowclan who was experiencing this. She shuttered a bit as she remembered the cold feeling of the males fur when she knocked him away from Sleetpup. When Dragonstar turned to look at her, she was expecting the worst but his words surprised her. She was accepted back into the clan! Not really able to contain her joy, she smiled at Dragonstar, her tail wagging in happiness. "Thank you, i promise to be a better warrior for this clan." She told the leader briefly before he made his way over the Ivyshade. Blackwidow walked to the entrance and waited. A soft whine leaving her at wanting to be there for Sleetpup. Hoping that they got there in time to save him. She growled when she told about that she wolf who ran off with the little male. Wanting so bad to show her what pain was. But she knew that the wolves who went were capable of handling the situation.

Direheart barely moved at the attack on the weak pup, just watching passively and calmly from where he was lying beside Bramblerose. Not even moving when chaos erupted, he simply continued to watch, debating whether it was worth his while to get up and try and interfere. It did look like all the shewolves had it under control however, and he settled down again, resting his head on his paws to continue his doze in the shade. Grumbling quietly to himself at the sound of his name coming through the air, the lean male reluctantly got to his feet. The pup was weak, and somewhat worthless with all his snivelling and pity-partying. In his opinion, not at all worth saving. Yet the deputy had gone, so he supposed that unless he wanted to get snapped at, he'd better follow. Not bothering to try and catch up, he padded after the two she wolves.
