Catch and fail rate depends on the seasons here! As is logical, summer has the highest catch rate at 75%, winter has the lowest catch rate at 25%, and spring and autumn are in the middle at 50%. Implemented as of this PM, a dice roll will determine whether your wolf has caught or missed the prey they were aiming for. Not following these steps when hunting will result in no prey being caught, no matter if you write that you caught it.

Greenleaf’s successful numbers are: 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8
Leaf-Fall and New-Leaf’s successful numbers are: 1, 3, 8
Leaf-Bare’s successful numbers are: 1, 8

To post a dice roll post, you must first go to the thread you’re hunting on. At the bottom of the page, instead of using the quick reply box to post, you need to hit the Post Reply button, shown here:



Once on the next page, type your post about going in for the kill, as normal. Once you’re done, go below that area and choose what season you are rolling the dice for, shown here:



Do not change “Dice rolls” to more than one.

Then just post your post. This generates a post from Starclan with your number, shown here:



If you are successful, you may immediately post again with your success post. This will not be considered double posting.
If you failed, then you may either leave it as is, or post a fail post – that is completely up to you.
